NOTE: Seminar times are approximate. Please plan to block the entire day to attend the seminar. The classroom portion of the seminar will be held at an off-site location. Additional information regarding specific seminar schedule and classroom location will be sent to enrolled officials 2-3 weeks before the seminar date.

In order to register for a seminar you must be registered as an official for the 2010-2011 season. If you need to register as an official with USA Hockey please use the link below labeled "USAH Official Registration".

EDUCATION/TRAINING FEE

When you register with USA Hockey as an on-ice official you will be charged the appropriate registration fee (varies according to level) and a $20 education and training fee. This fee is necessary to defer the costs associated with holding the seminars as well as ongoing development and training throughout the season. This fee is taking the place of the seminar fee that has been charged in the past.

 

Seminar Policies

ATTENDANCE CREDIT In order to get credit for attending the seminar, attendance and participation is required at both the classroom and on-ice portions of the seminar
LATE-SHOW All seminars have a specific start time that will be strictly followed. Any participants showing up no more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start of the seminar will by admitted to the seminar only with approval from the on-site supervisor. Participants arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time of the seminars will not be admitted and will need to register for another seminar.
CHANGING YOUR SEMINAR DATE
If you need to change your seminar date please register for the new seminar using the USA Hockey seminar registration website. After registering for the new seminar, send the seminar coordinator an email (az.seminars "@" gmail.com) informing them of the change. Please include the date of your original seminar and the date of the new seminar in the email.
BEHAVIOR It is expected that all seminar participants will act in a professional and respectful manner at all times. If a participants behavior is determined to be disrespectful, distracting, or unacceptable in any way the on-site supervisor reserves the right to eject the offending individual. If ejected no credit will be given for seminar attendance.

PLEASE NOTE: IT IS THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN TRANSPORTATION FROM THE CLASSROOM TO THE ICE SESSION.
